Warranty Policy
KADEX Aero
Supply warrants each product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at time of
delivery and when handled properly.
- Warranty Provisions
a) NEW
CONDITION: as provided by manufacturer and usually within
12
months from
date of invoice.
b) OVERHAULED CONDITION: carry a
12 month warranty from date of
invoice or
as provided by supplier. Warranty covers all parts and
labour on components which
are normally replaced during an
overhaul.
c) REPAIRED CONDITION: carry a 90 day warranty from date
of invoice.
Warranty only covers specific
parts and labour performed on
the
item.
d) AS REMOVED CONDITION: subject to inspection and customer
satisfaction
limited to 30 days from date of invoice.
- Transportation / Freight costs are not included.
- All warranty claims will be denied when there is evidence of any of
the following;
a) Unauthorized
repair or alteration
b) Invasion
of seals - opening or otherwise disassembling
c) Misuse
or improper installation
d) Damage
caused by mishandling
- When
a warranty unit is provided the warranty period does not extend beyond the original warranty period provided
from original invoice date.
- Any item returned for
warranty consideration that is determined within manufacturer's
specifications may be returned to you with charges to cover the
inspections and re-certification.
- There are no express or implied warranties by KADEX Aero
Supply which
extends beyond the description of the face hereof.
Except for the provisions set forth above, there are no warranties of
merchantability or otherwise.
The extent of KADEX Aero Supply liability
under this warranty is limited to the repair of repaired or
overhauled units and, at our option, the repair or replacement of
exchanged units. All other
remedies against KADEX Aero Supply for consequential or other
damages arising out of the sale, use or
operations are excluded.
