Return Policy

  • All returns must be accomplished within 30 days from invoice date.

  • Any item returned to KADEX must have a return authorization number issued by a KADEX employee.

  • Returned material must be in the same condition as purchased. i.e. New or overhauled and unused.

  • Any part that has been installed and/or used is not eligible for return unless a warranty condition is present.

  • Packaging and certification paperwork must be returned.

  • Returns are subject to a handling and restocking charge of 15% to 20%.

  • Special order items (items not normally stocked by KADEX) are not always eligible for return (case by case basis).

  • Reason must be given for all returns.

  • KADEX reserves the option to bill the customer for any costs incurred in the re-certification of any item returned for credit.
