Successful, continued operation of any aircraft fleet relies on adherence to tight margins. For over 15 years, RFS has helped regional and corporate operators generate a profit by dramatically reducing their brake costs. Rapco Fleet Support (RFS) manufactures FAA-PMA approved aircraft brake components, landing gear bushings and parts and overhauls electric fuel pumps. RFS started manufacturing FAA-PMA components after having been approached by one of the a leading commuter airlines requesting a second source on brake components.
RFS manufactures longer life brake products that have increased cycle life over the OEM with substantial cost savings. On average our products are 40% less expensive than the OEM. Our Overhauled Fuel pumps have all new parts inside making them the best value in auxiliary electric fuel pumps.
