Q & A's FOR KADEX AERO SUPPLY'S EXCHANGE GEAR PROGRAM

What is Included with this Gear?

Main Gear:
  • Heavy Duty New Style Upper Brace Assembly*
  • Overhauled Lower Piston Axle Assembly, complete with our Process Spec.
  • Chrome plated Axles as a corrosion control measure.
  • Overhauled Torque Knee's
  • All Factory New Attaching Bolts, Spacers, Nuts, Bushings for Gear to Airframe installation.
  • New Flex Brake Hose Assembly
  • All Factory New Internal and External Bushings as per Beech CMM.
Nose Gear:
  • Aluminum New Style Upper Brace Assembly*
  • Overhauled Lower Fork and Axle Assembly *
  • Overhauled Torque Knee's
  • All Factory New attaching bolts, spacers, nuts, bushings for gear to airframe installation.
  • All Factory New Internal and External Bushings as per Beech CMM.

NOTE: Factory New Bolts, Bushings and Hardware are installed on all KADEX overhauled units. We do not reuse or cad-plate these items. Why do we do this? You get enhanced service life. There is another reason we attend to details on our exchange gear. It is because we put our name on it!

* We expect your core to be of like style by part numbers including subassembly pieces. You may option for our Upgrade Package. Ask about upgrade details and their effect on core credit.

How does the Core Charge Work ?
Because this is an Exchange Sale, the key to program success is the handling of the Run-out Core. Our expectations are very simple. to receive a time-expired, run-out "like" unit. We will have your core inspected and a full report of our findings will be provided to you within 30 days. If required, any Additional Billing issues will be addressed.

What is Additional Billing, and How Does It Work?
Each core situation is unique. Unfortunately, there are occasions when a major part of the gear assembly is not repairable. This may be caused by damage, corrosion, missing or earlier style parts, extended service life or OEM recommended upgrades. When this occurs, we may be unable to rebuild your core resulting in additional costs.

We provide a complete report of your core condition and what charges, if any, are connected. In a worst case scenario, you would have the option of providing another unit. At all times, Kadex will be in communication with you .

How Do You Ship Landing Gear To Me?
Kadex's Exchange Landing Gear components ship by the carrier of your choice to provide delivery on the day you need them. Housed in custom manufactured containers, these parts arrive at your site in the safest possible manner. We ask that you promptly return the core to Kadex via prepaid freight in the same container.
